4th of July parade in Wise, N.C.

Even the puppy dogs attending the parade and pig-pickin' were dressed up for the holiday!
There's nothing like children and homemade floats for a small-town parade! The Hawtree Volunteer Fire Dept. was one of the sponsers......and here's its ladies' auxiliary! Well, a few of them anyway!
With dark clouds and on-and-off-showers, not many boy scouts turned out, but these braved the rain and heat .........
This guy is riding a unicycle, which is hidden behind the little boy's car!
